� � Today Alex went to the Utica Zoo for the first time. He enjoyed seeing all the animals. He especially liked watching the sea lions while they ate. Alex had such a good time that Shell and I decided to get a season pass. Here are some pictures from today.

Today both family and friends gathered to celebrate Shelly’s baby shower. Here are some pictures from the event.
Kelly, Tom, Elissa, Shelly and I all got together last night to play some poker. More than likely this was the last party in Club 120. Everybody had a wonderful time sipping on their Pink Pantys and Long Island Ice Teas while they lost all of their money to me :).
On a somewhat related note, I’m trying to come up with a name for our new bar. If you have any ideas on a name please leave them in the comments section. Tom has already recommended, Club Snooty (he thinks we will become snooty since we will live in New Hartford). I was thinking about going with: The Player’s Pub or Club Love. Let me know if you have any recommendations. I’m planning on taking all of the recommendations and putting together a poll so that people can vote on a name. Once a name has been decided on, I may purchase a custom sign to display the new name.
Abby is doing extremely well! I got to see her for the first time this past Saturday. She was moved back to St. Lukes this past Friday. She continues to gain weight and improve on a daily basis. The doctor has said that she needs to get up to 5 lbs. before she can come home. As of yesterday she was almost four pounds. I didn’t take any more pictures of her on Saturday because I didn’t want to disturb her with the camera’s flash. I’m sure that once she is home we’ll get a ton of pictures :).
On a related note, Abby was in the UticaOD on March 8!
Shelly and Chris are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Abigail Rose Northrup. Abby was born on March 4th at approximately 1:00 PM. She wasn’t due until April so it was a bit of a surprise for the family. Both Shelly and Abby are doing well considering the circumstances. Abby is currently in Syracuse however, the doctors are happy with how well she is doing. Shelly (my wife) and I are extremely excited about being an Aunt and Uncle! Here’s a picture of Abby.� I plan on getting a lot more pictures when I get home (probably Saturday).
Sunday was Emma Grace Kane’s Christening. Shell and I were honored to be selected as Emma’s Godparents. The event was a lot of fun. Emma sleep during the entire ceremony ;). Here a some pics from the day….
