Alex tried carrots for the first time the other day. At first he was a little surprised by the taste however; after a couple of spoonfuls he started to like it. Go here to see his initial reaction :). Now that he has conquered carrots, we’ve moved onto squash.
Our two Yorkipoo dogs (Alfred & Elmira) are in desperate need of a haircut. Shell is going to bring the pups to Shampooches tomorrow. We try to get the pups groomed every couple of months especially in the summer and spring. Check back tomorrow for updated pics…

After taking a dip in the pool, Alex likes to get his cardiovascular workout by playing in his exersaucer. Pretty soon he’ll be running in the Boilermaker ;).
Dad and I had a lot of fun running in this year’s Utica Boilermaker. Dad finished the race in 1:46:07 and I finished it in 1:39:42. I didn’t do as well as I would have liked to however; being that it is my first Boilermaker, I am pleased with the time. Here are some pics from the event.
Dad and I have less then a week left before the 2005 Utica Boilermaker. This will be my first boilermaker and my Dad’s fourth! I’m really excited about the event. Wish us luck! Make sure to check back after the race for some pictures.
Alex started oatmeal just the other day. He seems to like it more than the rice cereal. Maybe it is because of the consistency? If you ask me, it all looks nasty :).
Alfred & Elmira are doing great with Alex. Alex seems to really love them, especially when they are playing and making a lot of noise. Here are some newer pics of the pups.
Alex has accomplished many things this past month. He has discovered his toes, went in the pool for the first time, ate rice cereal and rolled over. He never ceases to amaze us. It’s hard to believe that he is 4 & 1/2 months old already. Here are some updated pics. I know that I haven’t been good lately about putting pics up however; I promise that I will get better :).
