Acting Like A Kid In A Toy Store All Over Again
Yesterday Shell & I took Alex to Toys R Us for the first time. He pretty much slept the entire time (what do you expect from a one month old). Even though he wasn’t that excited I sure was! I found myself acting like I was three years old all over again ;). I saw so many toys that I know he will love someday. I know what you’re thinking, in a couple of years I’ll probably be saying that I wish he didn’t like this stuff. I’m sure that he’ll get whatever he wants and I’ll be wishing that he would like something that was a little cheaper.

Here are some items that I am sure he is going to want someday:
- A bike: what kid doesn’t want a bike?
- A Hot wheel: They still make these don’t they? I use to love my hot wheel!
- Some type of action figure: I was addicted to Star Wars figures as a kid. I’m sure there will be something comparable when he is old enough.
- A video game console: I pretty much had every video game console on the market. Maybe that’s why I’m such a big geek now. I always loved to play Nintendo & even Atari!
I’m sure you’re aware that the list could go on and on. Needless to say, the toy industry has me by the “you know what” for the next 10 or so years. As of right now, I’m enjoying it. Check back in a couple of months!
